Job Description

We are a Manufacturer based in Warrington who Manufacture and Distribute Plastic Components to Leading Companies Worldwide. Some elements of our process consist of adding colour into Plastic Components, Mixing different Components and ensuring Quality is adhered to throughout.

The ideal candidate will possess previous Experience within a busy Factory Environment, preferable with a skill set that contains experience with Plastics. The role is a fairly labour intensive role where you will be on your feet for the majority of your shift, Manual Handling with products up to 25kg and any other duties as required. The successful candidate will work as part of a team to ensure work is completely efficiently and effectively in line with company standards.

Full training will be provided, with an initial training period of two weeks on a Day shift. Our inhouse trainer is exceptionally talented and will teach you all of the relevant job critical duties you will undertake on a daily basis. Following on from your initial training you will receive ongoing support and guidance to perform your duties safely and correctly. You will be given clear instructions as to what you need to do each day including a sheet containing the ingredients you require each day etc.

Our environment can emit a smell which is likened to the smell of burning Plastic. The smell is not a foul odour and our team become used to it fairly quickly.

Pay
£13.23 per hour

Shift pattern
3 week rota
week 1 - Mon - Thurs 7am-7pm
week 2 - Wed - Fri 7pm-7am
week 3 - Mon, Tues 7pm - 7am Fri: 7am-7pm
no weekends
