Role

  • The Brand Manager for Don Julio will sit in the newly built marketing division of the luxury business unit and specifically within the Tequila Marketing Team. This team consists of Head of Tequila, Senior Brand manager (Casamigos), ABM (both brands) and brand experience manager (both brands).
  • This team will be tasked with crafting true icons within the Tequila category with a focus on culture, connection to on trade and high execution standards all in service of creating the most talked about and desired Tequila brands in GB.

Top Accountabilities

  • Deliver groundbreaking NSV growth and share performance for Don Julio - hitting (& surpassing) commercial & share targets. Lead the performance tracking and understanding for Don Julio in the monthly performance review.
  • Leading the innovation pipeline for Don Julio, implementing brilliant launches in relevant channels with a particular focus on the Don Julio 1942 'mini's' which are a key gateway into the brand.
  • Deliver an outstanding Culture plan, cementing Don Julio as an icon of authentic Mexican luxury and the perfect tequila for iconic celebration with a focus on tent-pole moments (Bafta partnership) as well as building a credible Don Julio community with the perfect audience.
  • Deploy a new Don Julio brand world, resulting in brilliant luxury Visibility across all channels (on, off trade, d-comm) across our key partners.
  • Make Don Julio the #1 associated Tequila with the Paloma serve across all channels & relevant touchpoints.
  • Redefine the media strategy & approach for the Don Julio trademark, launching Don Julio Trademark for the first time in GB.
  • Work as a key part of the cross functional Tequila team across commercial, culture, RGM and global brand teams to develop world leading brand campaigns
