Role

The purpose of the role will be to provide critical administrative support to internal teams and external suppliers working on end-to-end test content production and results determination processes.

  • Providing administrative support for the production of test content item/task/test level by selecting and completing tasks from Zendesk and ensuring they meet required standards.
  • Providing administrative support for quality assurance activity on marking and results determination processes.
  • Establishing and subsequently maintaining constructive working relationships with colleagues across the organisation and key external stakeholders.
  • Ensuring assessment content, results and key documentation are produced efficiently, in line with standard procedures, on time and to the specified standard of quality and accuracy., Please note that successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory background checks including DBS due to working in a regulated industry.
