Facilities Manager - Norwich
Working hours: Monday - Friday 40 hours per week.
Mitie are looking for a Facilities Manager to join the team in Norwich to be responsible for the delivery of all hard and soft services for Marsh McLennan onsite, ensuring all elements of the internal and external customer journey are a 5* experience. As the Facilities Manager, you will establish and maintain key stakeholder relationships with the local Marsh McLennan client stakeholder group and key end user groups.
You will take ownership of all hard and soft service delivery requirement, including but not limited to FM, M&E, PPM's and reactive works, overview of minor projects and moves, back of house operations, cleaning, client services, landscaping, pest control and waste management. In addition to this, the Facilities Manager will be responsible for ensuring contractual, variable, capex and quoted works are delivered in line with budgets. You will build and sustain strong working relationships with the wider Mitie FM team, service lines, supply partners and clients to inspire teamwork and create a 'one-team culture'. You will ensure all works delivered across the region meet H&S requirements and good working practices.
To be successful in this role, you will have proven operations experience achieved at a similar level as well as excellent communication skills both written and spoken with good presentation skills. You will have excellent customer service experience, preferable with an emphasis on dealing with customers and clients face to face, via email and over the phone. NEBOSH or IOSH Managing Safely certificates are desirable.
