Role

The role will predominantly involve:

  • Deal with customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
  • Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy
  • Responsibly taking/making inbound and outbound calls ensuring customer service levels are carried out to a high standard
  • Ability to deal with inbound calls from Technicians
  • Liaise with the Planning Team to resolve customer queries where necessary
  • Liaise with Regional Managers for updates in relation to repairs and complaints
  • Performing additional ad hoc admin duties
