Role

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager with a background in FM Operational management.

Reporting in to the portfolio Account Manager, you will have 2 x Supervisors direct reports and have local responsibility for 15 + team members and a £1M annual client site comprising of critical infrastructure inc UPS, Critical cooling, Standby Emergency Power and HV, plus Cleaning and Catering.

A people manager you will have managed Hard Service , Soft Service team members from Engineering, Cleaning and Catering plus sub-contractor ensuring high levels of delivery within KPI's, and SLA's

Ensuring Statutory Compliance is maintained, have experience of Maximo, be able to run reports and interrogate as an when required

As you will play a key role in the audit process you will be experienced in management information, operational finance and reporting.

You will be pivotal in engaging working closely with the Client Team ensuring the continual non disrupted service on site as well as oversight of Project Works.

Holding an IOSH Management certificate you will also be able to demonstrate an awareness of CDM regulations.

Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office you must hold a minimum standard of C&G Level 3 or equivalent in mechanical, electrical, building services or air conditioning/refrigeration.
