We’re seeking a self-motivated and organised individual to join our team in the Chippenham office. This role is pivotal in helping us transition from physical to digital document management. This will be full-time position for 8 months. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an office environment.

Accountabilities: 
  • Sorting, filing and scanning archived company documents and records that need to be obtained for legal purposes.
  • Communicating with a third-party supplier to arrange incoming deliveries of documentation from an offsite storage location to our office building.
  • Adopt an organised and efficient approach to sorting, filing and scanning our archived documentation into our cloud-based document storage platforms. 
  • Be responsible for creating and managing filing systems and locations and ensure the necessary internal stakeholders are aware of these locations.

What you'll need to succeed

Essentials: 
  • Organised, efficient and professional
  •  Experience with Microsoft packages and products
  • Previous administration experience
  • Proven record of excellent communication abilities
Desirables:
  • Experience with implementing new digital filing systems
