About the opportunity
We're currently seeking a Recruiter to join our successful In House Talent Acquisition Team, contributing to our continued journey of success. You'll already be an expert in using the best sourcing tactics, but you'll also be customer-orientated and very determined in your approach to attracting the very best talent from the market. You'll find it easy to build and maintain trusting relationships. You'll also enjoy leading and implementing a number of projects that will really make a difference to our approach to sourcing talent, and support our business growth strategy.

Role Details
  • Annual salary £32,000 - £38,000 (depending on experience)
  • 5-10% OTE annual bonus scheme
  • Permanent contract
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.

Role Responsibilities
  • Work with the Talent Acquisition Manager in the delivery of the full cycle talent acquisition process including Search and Selection by utilising internal and external direct sourcing channels
  • Ensure that the sourcing ratio is significantly focused on direct hires compared to agency hires
  • Maintaining and building talent pools/networks
  • Ensure all recruitment data is updated on systems
  • Co-ordinate interviews when necessary with hiring managers and candidates
  • Ensuring adherence to the sign off process and supplying new hire details to the Service Delivery team for processing
  • Drive an improvement in the number of long-listed applications and reduce time-to-hire
  • Manage a variety of recruitment projects
  • Frequently check the pulse of the jobs market to determine then implement appropriate tactics to attract candidates
  • Administer the budget for agency fees, sourcing platforms, and other talent acquisition expenditure
