Service Maintenance Planner
Proactive Global is hiring for experienced Service Maintenance Planner for a leading manufacturing organization based in Chiswick Location. Candidates must have previous planning, administration experience from maintenance/manufacturing background ideally from Railways/industrial background.
This is a Permanent Position.
Shift Timings : Mon - Friday 9am - 5pm
Pay rate : £35-38k per annum
Roles and responsibilities:
- Candidates will be planning and raising permits for site work including attendance at regular client planning meetings and managing Computerised Maintenance management systems.
- Coordinating and issuing reports via Maximo maintenance management software - including reporting against KPIs
- Actively involved in the Companies H&S and Quality Systems
- Experience of being a Service Planner / Administrator in a railway or other regulated environment
- Good IT skills and proficient across MS Office products, including Excel and PowerPoint Scheduling meetings and writing minutes.
