Role

As an experienced Brand Manager, you'll be leading one of the premium brands at Molson Coors, based in our London office working on a hybrid basis.

You will lead the development and execution of a 12-24 month brand plan across the full marketing mix, aligning with the brand strategy and achieving annual commercial targets. Your role involves managing and activating plans across consumer marketing, innovation, brand-in-channel strategies, and customized through-the-line marketing to ensure effective "toolkit" execution with customers, consumers, and partners.

You'll establish consumer/shopper metrics, volume and profit goals, innovation plans, and investment strategies.

Additionally, you'll gain a deep understanding of brand performance by analysing critical inputs and outputs, identifying risks and opportunities, and adjusting strategies as needed to achieve annual objectives., * Execute consumer marketing initiatives from concept to implementation, delivering comprehensive through-the-line marketing plans tailored by formats and channels for efficient "toolkit" use with our customers.

  • Take full ownership of the annual brand budget, providing timely and accurate monthly forecasts that include risks and opportunities as needed.
  • Build and execute the 12-24 month TTL Communication plan, leveraging the Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) process to create impactful, consumer-connected activities in collaboration with third-party agencies to drive brand strength.
  • Mentor direct reports, fostering their development into skilled marketing professionals with personalized growth plans that balance technical and behavioral competencies.
