This role can be based out of either our Witney office in Oxfordshire or the Shepherd's Bush office in London and typically a minimum of 3 days per week in the office is required.

The role
The Paid Media Specialist is responsible for managing the delivery and optimisation of global paid channels, including search, social, display, and remarketing, plays a critical role in driving the success of digital marketing efforts on a global scale. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities and requires a diverse set of skills to effectively manage and optimise campaigns across multiple platforms and regions.
Key responsibilities include:
Paid Media StrategyDeliver a paid media strategy that maximises revenue and return on investment, driving growth & efficiency across our marketing.Assist with the delivery of agreed strategic & performance initiatives to develop our capabilities and aid Audley’s growth & channel efficiency.Deliver ROI targets that produce optimum return across channels.Optimisation & testingManage the implementation of testing programmes across accounts, channels and markets.Continually optimise our keyword & audience sets, identifying opportunities to improve account performance.Manage bidding across accounts to drive optimum performance in line with agreed strategy.Drive creative excellence across the Paid Media team.
ReportingDevelop weekly updates with diagnostic commentary on performance & KPIs.Develop monthly reports to senior stakeholder highlighting performance trends.Develop quarterly market dynamics reports to the wider marketing & management teams to influence future destination focus.
Global Ways of WorkingHelp drive a culture of performance marketing that focuses the whole team on performance improvements.Assist with global ways of working that maximise channel performance, resourcing and efficiency.Deliver ways of working that ensure market deliverables are met and engagement across teams is high.Work with local markets to understand key focuses and stakeholders and team members to drive focus & efficiency for adoption of strategic & performance initiative delivery.Work with the market channels owners to manage the delivery of agreed performance initiatives that focus on driving growth and improving channel efficiency.
About you
As a Paid Media Specialist, you are data-driven and action-led, responsible for owning the account optimization plan and best practice execution within all of Audley’s Paid Media accounts. In this global role, you will work collaboratively with the UK and US marketing teams, ensuring alignment on strategy and maximizing efficiency of processes and performance. Your efforts will drive the success of Audley’s digital marketing initiatives on a global scale, encompassing search, social, display, and remarketing channels.
