This is a fixed term contract for 12 - 15 months.
 
What you'll be doing:
As our Financial Strategy and Analysis Manager, you’ll help develop our finance strategy so that it supports our broader business objectives. Working closely with the Head of Finance Strategy, you’ll assume a senior role in the finance strategy team. Designing, producing and delivering a series of complex financial models – including taking on our five-year plan, providing support to the business on bids for new projects – your reports will support and shape the business-critical decisions that will define us.

Forging relationships across the business will be essential to your success, as will your ability to champion what you’re doing to drive through change. You’ll also line manage and develop the finance intern, ensuring they reach their full potential.

About You

What you can bring to the role:
  • Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) with post qualification experience
  • A background in Business Partnering, or commercial finance
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, ability to create macros and build complex financial models
  • Experience of providing financial strategic support within a similar-scale organisation
  • A confident presenter with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to influence
