Role

You'll be a core part of the growing Publishing Ethics and Research Integrity team, and the go-to person for utilizing data analysis and reporting to support research integrity investigations, monitoring, and process improvements. You will also provide day to day support for the smooth operation and optimization of integrity tools, and our case management system and database., As Research Integrity Advisor, you will:

  • Investigate and advise colleagues and external editors on publication ethics cases.

  • Lead the analysis and reporting of research integrity data to support investigations and provide actionable insights.

  • Manage the use of research integrity tools, ensuring efficient operation, troubleshooting, user support, and process enhancements.

  • Support the team's use of ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk), continuously improving workflows for managing research integrity cases.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed best practices in research integrity across publishing operations, aligning with academic and ethical standards.
