As Programme Manager you will lead a suite of cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing publication integrity. This role combines strategic thinking, technical expertise, and strong project management skills to build capacity in detecting, preventing, investigating, and responding to at-scale research integrity issues., As the Programme Manager for Publication Integrity, you will work with multiple teams and stakeholders to define, coordinate, and execute initiatives to strengthen the organization's response to research integrity issues. You will be part of the growing Publication Ethics and Research Integrity team.
Responsibilities include:

Creating toolkits and identifying techniques or technologies for detecting and preventing fraudulent research (papermills).

Developing and improving systems and workflows for investigating research integrity at scale.

Managing and administrating programme governance, meetings, reporting, and stakeholder communications.

Shaping long-term strategies to ensure Cambridge maintains a high standard of research integrity.
