Your creativity and strategic thinking will be essential as you explore, test, and implement innovative ideas to grow and engage our community, attract prospects, and cross-promote products to your target audience. You will play a pivotal role in driving change within the team, leading the way towards a brand-focused marketing strategy.

- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Conceive and implement effective and intuitive marketing strategies to meet brand objectives.
- Drive Audience Engagement: Lead creative development and design compelling campaigns that motivate the target audience to take action.
- Campaign Management: Design, test, and execute successful marketing campaigns, managing every aspect from ideation to final implementation.
- Performance Tracking: Establish and manage tracking systems for online marketing activities across your brand, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Traffic Generation: Develop strategies to promote events and drive high-quality traffic to our websites.
- Performance Measurement: Measure and report the performance of all marketing activities on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, assessing outcomes against ROI and KPI goals.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential challenges.
- Channel Experimentation: Experiment with various organic and paid acquisition channels, including content creation, pay-per-click campaigns, partnerships, PR, social media, lead generation, and performance analysis.
- Content Production: Create valuable and engaging content for our website that attracts and converts target groups.
- Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring funds are allocated and invested effectively.
- Collaborative Design Work: Partner with the design department to produce impactful promotional materials.
- Social Media and PPC: Set specific objectives for social media and PPC campaigns, and report on ROI.
- SEO and Web Traffic Optimization: Monitor and enhance SEO and web traffic metrics to maximise online visibility.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
- Data-Driven Insights: Collaborate with the data team to identify key contacts, audience segments, and insights for each project.
- Presentations and Reporting: Confidently present marketing plans and performance reports to key internal stakeholders.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest marketing innovations and best practices, and share knowledge across the team.

- Marketing Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven marketing experience, demonstrating a track record of success.
- Digital Savvy: Stay current with the latest digital technologies and marketing trends to ensure innovative and effective strategies.
- Creative Communication: Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to express our messages creatively and compellingly.
- Leadership by Example: Lead by example within the marketing team, showcasing success through your campaigns, innovative ideas, and positive attitude.
- Passion for Marketing: The ideal candidate is deeply passionate about both the “art” and “science” of marketing, bringing a wealth of ideas for developing effective strategies.
- Strategic Expertise: Bring a strong arsenal of techniques and methods to effectively promote our products, services, and public image.
- Revenue-Driven Campaigns: Organise and execute creative campaigns that generate high levels of revenue, qualified sales leads, web traffic, and customer engagement.
- People Skills: Excel in dealing with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally, fostering strong professional relationships.
- Deadline and Target Management: Demonstrate exceptional ability in managing and meeting deadlines and targets, with acute attention to detail.
- Prioritisation and Multitasking: Effectively prioritise and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Marketing Automation Knowledge: Some knowledge of marketing automation tools to drive efficiency and customer retention.
- SEO/SEM and Analytics: Basic understanding of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
