Site Supervisor
Permanent
Resourcing Group is working with a local Welsh maintenance contractor, looking to appoint an experienced Site Supervisor to join their direct delivery team. They predominantly work in Pembrokeshire and carry out Repairs and Maintenance, supporting their end client which is a public sector landlord.
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Overseeing a direct work force as well as managing sub contractors if required
- Managing the completion of jobs in line with set and agreed KPIs and time frames
- Liaising with the customer and being point of escalation on site
- Ordering and managing materials
- Managing worksheets for the staff
- Managing Risk and Method statements and ensuring that the sites are run in line with health and safety rules and regulations
- Managing day to day duties and scheduling works
- Managing the WIP of works and arranging, chairing and conducting regular meetings with the client
This is a secure permanent role, available to join the contractor as soon as possible.
Experience is essential.
