Contracts Manager - Social Housing Maintenance

PERMANENT

Resourcing Group is working with a local Maintenance Contractor who is responsible for managing a mixture of reactive and planned maintenance contracts across Devon.

They have been awarded 2 new contracts, 1 of which is due to mobilise as soon as possible and the other, is due to mobilise later in the year of 2024. They specialise in carrying out works, supporting public sector landlords including Housing Associations and Local Authorities.

Someone with experience working specifically on an R&M contract and/or planned maintenance upgrade programme would be very advantageous, however, if you are from a maintenance background in general, specifically with in social housing, please still apply. The company is very open to the right person fit and transferable skills will be considered.

Duties include:

• Overseeing multiple projects running simultaneously in different locations
• Client management and liaison
• Point of escalation for internal and external queries for both directly employed team members, as well as sub contractors and the tenants/clients alike.
• Personnel management
• Time sheet management
• Budget control, working alongside the QS and commercial team
• Managing KPIs and SLAs
• Regular toolbox talks, technical support and day to day support for your team

This is starting as soon as possible and is not freelance. It is not self employed. It is a permanent and secure role available for the right person as soon as possible.
