Resourcing Group is working with a local maintenance contractor based in Cornwall. They specialise in carrying out planned project work, specifically operating in privately owned homes in the Devon and Cornwall counties.
The contractor would like to appoint an experienced Labourer to join their direct work force. This is a company that carry out retrofit works in peoples homes.
The contract includes clearing and general, ripping out old and existing heating systems, picking up materials, supporting the qualified trade people and ensuring that the work in people's homes is neat, tidy and completely fully safe. This role is offering investment in the individual with future training also. The contractor would like to up skill the successful candidate, offering core drilling and IPAF training to enable a more skilled role can be offered, achieving growth and development as the role progresses and grows.
Essential:
- Full UK Driving License
- Asbestos awareness - we can arrange this training if you do not have this at present
