We are thrilled to inform you about an exciting job opportunity available at Southend-on-Sea City Council. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join us in the position of Court Progression Manager.
Role Overview:
As a Court Progression Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our team, utilizing your extensive knowledge of family law and children's legislation. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the application of the Public Law Outline and managing Court Cases effectively. Additionally, you will be expected to leverage your advanced theoretical, practical, procedural, organizational, and policy knowledge across a specialist area to drive positive outcomes.
Qualifications and experience:
Substantial post-qualification experience in a social care/safeguarding setting (statutory minimum of 3 years).
Ability to analyze and interpret varied and complex information, developing strategies and solutions for long-term plans.
