As an MEP BIM Coordinator, youll play a pivotal role in bringing these visionary projects to life.

Roles & Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement Building Information Modelling (BIM) strategies for MEP systems.
* Lead the creation, coordination, and management of MEP BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
* Ensure compliance with BIM standards and protocols, driving efficiency and quality across all MEP disciplines.
* Facilitate clash detection and resolution meetings, optimising design coordination and minimising errors.
* Provide technical guidance and support to MEP design and construction teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
* Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into the overall project delivery.

Requirements:
* Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
* Proven experience in MEP coordination and BIM implementation within the construction industry.
* Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM software tools.
* Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction methodologies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results within strict deadlines.
* Proactive problem solver with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.

Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
