Are you a skilled Credit Controller looking for a rewarding opportunity to contribute to a growing company? Butler Rose are assisting an ambitious business to recruit an experienced individual to manage their credit control function.
Responsibilities:
- Chase outstanding debts via phone, email, and letter to ensure timely payments
- Maintain accurate records of all credit control activities
- Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
- Monitor credit limits and review credit applications
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries
- Provide regular reports on debtor status to management
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Credit Controller or similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of accounting software is advantageous
