Court Progression Manager| Southend-on-Sea Council

  • Court Progression Manager / Social Work Professional required to join a statutory Court Service
  • Office base: Southend-on-Sea City Council
  • Hybrid working
  • £45ph
  • You must have a social work qualification and full SWE registration as well as relevant experience to be considered
  • Extensive knowledge of family law and children's legislation including the application of the Public Law Outline and the conduct of Court Cases Ability to use advanced theoretical/practical/procedural/ organisational /policy knowledge across a specialist area
  • Substantial post qualification experience in social care/safeguarding setting (statutory minimum of 3 years) Ability to analyse and interpret varied and complex information, developing strategies and solutions for long term plans

To be considered, it is essential that you have a recognised Social Work qualification (Social Work Degree or Diploma in Social Work) and full Social Work England registration as well as recent or significant relevant experience in a similar role.
