Are you ready to lead a dynamic team in Darlington? Our client, a leading facilities management provider, is seeking a Technical Supervisor to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent role with a competitive salary of £40,000.00-£42,000.00 per year plus a comprehensive benefits package.

As the Technical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing technical service delivery at our clients Darlington site. This includes ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, managing technicians and subcontractors, driving continuous improvement, and identifying business opportunities while managing budgets.

The ideal candidate will have a qualification in Electrical Engineering, along with leadership or management experience. Strong analytical and organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in maintenance processes are also essential.
