Position Available: Adults Social Worker
Team: Locality Team
Location: Knowsley Borough Council
Pay Rate: £31.15 per hour

Are you passionate about making a positive impact in your community? Knowsley Borough Council is seeking a dedicated Adults Social Worker to join our Locality Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload within the Locality Team, focusing on progressing a backlog of cases.
• Conduct Social Care Needs Assessments, MCA/BI assessments, and support planning.
• Commission and manage risk effectively.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of case progress and interventions.

Requirements:

• Fully competent in completing Social Care Needs Assessments, MCA/BI assessments, support planning, and managing risk.
• Demonstrated ability in caseload management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Social Work qualification and registration with Social Work England.
