Pay Rate: £38 per hour

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join Somerset Councils Community Team on a full-time basis. As a Social Worker, you will work with adults in the community, providing essential support and services. This role offers an excellent pay rate of £38 per hour.

Responsibilities:

Conducting assessments and creating care plans for adults in need
Providing support and intervention to individuals and families
Collaborating with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Advocating for the rights and welfare of vulnerable adults
Requirements:

Qualified Social Worker status
Experience working with adults in a social care setting
Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
