We are seeking a skilled and motivated Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team in Yate, Gloucestershire. As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for the upkeep and care of various outdoor spaces, ensuring they remain in excellent condition. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards our clients expect and in enhancing the natural beauty of the landscapes we manage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lawn maintenance, including mowing, edging, and fertilising
• Planting, pruning, and trimming trees, shrubs, and flowers
• Weeding, pest control, and disease management
• Leaf and debris removal
• Path and walkway maintenance
• Equipment maintenance and operation
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
• Adhere to safety and environmental guidelines

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping
• Knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment
• A strong work ethic and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• A valid driver's license required
