Adult Social Care Commissioner

An opportunity has arisen with one of our London based clients for an interim lead commissioner for adults projects. The successful candidate will report into the Lead Commissioner for Older People and the Head of Commissioning for Adults, supporting the work of the Innovation, Personalisation and Older People's portfolios.

Key responsibilities of the Interim Lead Commissioner (Adults Projects) include:

• Redesign and re-procurement of the Homecare model using strong project management skills and meeting milestones/deadlines
• Supporting care technology work as well as wider commissioning activity
• Ad hoc support around the Better Care Fund where required
• Help with developing the dementia strategy
