Locum Principal Housing Litigation Legal Assistant - Predominantly Remote Working - Up to £24.12 per hour (Umbrella) - West Midlands

Position: Locum Principal Housing Litigation Legal Assistant
Organisation: West Midlands based Local Authority
Duration: 3 months initial contract with the likelihood of further extension
Working Pattern: Full time
Working Arrangement: Predominantly remote working - must attend Court when required
Hourly Rate: up to £24.12 per hour Umbrella

This position requires a candidate who is confident in Litigated matters and previous experience presenting in Court with either Public Sector or Private Practice backgrounds. Previous experience dealing with Housing Disrepair matters and Section 11 work is also required.

A rate of up to £24.12 per hour Umbrella is offered for this position and the hourly rate shown will be dependent upon levels of experience.
