Salary: £38 per hour

The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our Adult Safeguarding Duty/Triage team. In this hybrid role, you will play a crucial part in the safeguarding process, assessing and triaging adult safeguarding concerns to ensure timely and appropriate interventions. You will work closely with individuals, families, and partner agencies to identify risks and develop comprehensive safeguarding plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming safeguarding concerns and referrals promptly and efficiently.
Conduct thorough assessments to identify the level of risk and vulnerability.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and partner agencies to coordinate safeguarding interventions.
Develop and implement safeguarding plans tailored to the individual needs of service users.
Provide support, guidance, and advocacy to individuals and their families throughout the safeguarding process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with legal and organizational requirements.
Requirements:
Qualified Social Worker (QSW) with current registration with Social Work England.
Proven experience working within adult safeguarding, preferably in a duty/triage capacity.
Strong assessment and analytical skills with the ability to make sound judgments under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of individuals.
A collaborative approach to working within multi-agency settings.
Flexibility to work a minimum of three days per week in the office, based at either Abbey House, Abingdon or Samuleson House, Banbury.
