ECO Administrator

Job Description

Our client is a market leading company at the forefront of the domestic retrofit market, and we specialise in providing energy efficient home improvements. We have grown significantly and have ambitious plans for the future. We are actively seeking an ECO Administrator who will play a vital role in supporting our business growth. This is a newly created role within the company as we expand our business offering. It is crucial that our 'Quality as Standard ethos is reflected in all areas of our workmanship and consistently delivered across all projects therefore, the successful candidate must have an eye for detail delivering work of the highest calibre. The ideal candidate will be forward thinking, self-sufficient with an eye for detail.

Location: Head Office - Accrington.

Duties and Responsibilities
- To package and submit all ECO project submissions paperwork to funding partners.
- Compliance check customer eligibility, survey and install paperwork.
- Register certification and warranty for projects using online software.
- Liaising with onboarded installers for submissions update.
- Working towards deadlines ensuring all paperwork is uploaded in the allocated timescales.
- Communicate with other departments, reporting any discrepancies and helping to resolve.

Requirements
- ECO experience preferable but not essential.
- Excellent eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to prioritise and manage own time and workload to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Flexibility.
- Excellent IT skills and confident using different technology systems.
- Organised and able to multitask.
- Good problem-solving skills - able to analyse problems and make sound decisions.
