Data Analyst - Housing Development

Job Description

A Data Analyst is required to work for a local authority within their housing department, to update, interrogate and analyse information and data systems across their housing portfolio.

This is a key role in supporting the authority to develop and deliver future and current programmes, ensuring all data is managed appropriately. This will ensure programmes and funds are allocated to the correct areas of the business.

The role involves:

Strong excel and analytical skills.

Databases, planned development programme, risk assessments once a month. Looking at demands for housing and reporting efficiently.

Collating information from development managers and linking this all together to ensure the housing needs of the community are known and actioned.

Liaising with developers, property owners, valuers to understand the supply of housing and where this needs to be.

Assisting in determining any grants which are given out.

You will have experience in a similar role and have excellent organisational skills. The role is hybrid, with the potential for compressed working hours also. This is a fabulous opportunity to work for a well respected employer with great career potential.
