Job Description
Social Workers required for work within the Adult Community Team in the beautiful Cornwall area. Current vacancy in the East Cornwall Team. Rates from £32ph. Full and part time positions available. 3 month initial contract with option to extend. Exciting opportunity in a lovely area. Flexible hybrid working arrangements. Travel and accommodation allowance available for those working away from home.
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Social Worker who has experience of working with Adults with a wide range of complex presenting needs. You will be based in a well- supported/managed team.
The successful candidate will have the ability to respond promptly and carry out proportionate assessment, care planning = and recording, working closely with community colleagues and health partners as required. Skills required in Mental Capacity Assessment, establishing Best Interests and safeguarding.
You will be Social Work England registered, ideally a driver with access to own car and able to reside and work in the UK
