The Recruitment Co are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive to work for an established, growing business in the Blackpool area.
Sales Executive salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)



The Recruitment Co are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive to work for an established, growing business in the Blackpool area.

Sales Executive salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)


Sales Executive hours: 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)

Sales Executive Roles and responsibilities:

Be able to act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs.

Effective in building and strengthening client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.

Happy to maintain accurate client records and keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.

Work with the sales team and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met.

Enjoy developing a thorough understanding of the products.

Happily research and find prospects for new business opportunities.

Meet with potential clients to determine their needs.

Available for international travel for meetings and Trade Shows in Europe, USA and globally.

Ability to speak and write in German or other European languages is preferred but not essential.


The ideal Sales Executive will have:

An ambitious salesperson mentality

Ability and confidence to talk to lots of leads / existing customers every day.

Social skills to instantly build a rapport with a wide variety of people.

Right attitude to enjoy closing a sale and working to targets.

Strong work ethic and lots of resilience.

Team player skills with the ability to work collaboratively.

Ability to build successful relationships with clients.

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and receiving positive customer feedback.

Proficiency with customer relationship management software, such as Salesforce.

An understanding/experience working within the sports industry - preferred but not essential.

An interest in golf - preferred but not essential.
