Permanent Opportunity - Technical FM Manager - Birmingham - Up to £60,000

Are you a Technical FM Manager with experience of delivering electrical services to a hard services maintenance contract? This role will see you working for a Global FM services provider in the healthcare sector. About your role

  • Lead all planned and reactive maintenance across the contract being the first point of management contact with all electrical aspects and queries.
  • Manage contractual compliance from an electrical standpoint across the contract
  • Assist with the review, management and control of electrical processes across the site
  • Working with the internal and external stakeholders to ensure conformance to budget
  • Working closely with the on-site management team and relevant stakeholders to deliver exceptional service levels
  • Working to increase the performance of the contract across all areas

About you

  • Technically qualified in Electrical engineering at HNC, equivalent or above
  • Experience of managing electrical maintenance contracts - within Critical environments
  • Accustomed to being the lead Electrical contact on a contract
  • Excellent H&S and compliance knowledge
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills both internally and externally
  • Excellent levels of customer service and a proactive approach to managing any issues
  • Candidates with IOSH or NEBOSH are highly preferred.

This role is based on site in the West Midlands.

You may have experience as one of the following: Technical FM Manager, Technical Facilities Manager, Technical Manager, Electrical Manager, Technical Services Manager, Hard Services Manager, Electrical Maintenance Manager, Electrical Contract Manager
