Job Description
Eden Brown Synergy is currently working in partnership with a Public Sector Organisation in Cornwall which is looking to recruit a Business Analyst on an interim basis for 12 months approximately.
Remote Working
Business analysts will:
* Analyse business processes and systems to identify improvements.
* Work with stakeholders to understand and investigate feedback on services, products, or systems.
* Use data modelling practices to analyse findings and create data-driven recommendations for operational and strategic improvements.
* Communicate with internal teams to understand the needs of departments and the organisation.
* Create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.
* Define business requirements and report them back to stakeholders.
Typical assignments may include:
* Supporting Business Partners in identifying business needs and assessing requests for change received from Council Teams, Services and Directorates
* Leading Discovery activities to investigate business problems or opportunities
* Producing high-quality outputs that express the identified needs and recommended solutions
* Leading multi-disciplined teams in refining and delivering against identified requirements
* Measuring and evaluating risks and benefits
