Job description - the role

AMS is the world's leading provider of Talent Acquisition and Management Services. Our contingent Workforce Solutions (CWS) service acts as an extension of our clients' recruitment team and provides professional interim and temporary resources. We partner with Arup to support contingent recruitment processes. On behalf of Arup, we are looking for an HSE Consultant for a 12 month contract based in Yorkshire.

Candidate Profile: Key accountabilities, skills & experience

In this role you will:

  • Deliver various projects agreed with the client to provide an efficient and innovative H&S Assurance service to Yorkshire Water AMP7 Partnership



Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Own and deliver H&S Assurance projects on time, within budget and clearly presented
  • Engages easily and clearly with clients, partners and supply chain to facilitate effective information exchange
  • Presents ideas effectively one-to-one or in small groups adapting style to audience
  • Has a sound knowledge and competence of H&S legislation, practices and systems within Design and Construction, and can provide the client with advice and support.
  • Produces clear client correspondence and reports, selecting most appropriate style to achieve desired outcome.
