Contract Term: 12 Months

Location: Remote with sites across Scotland and North of England

As a Building surveyor Condition Surveyor your main responsibilities will be:

  • Support the Asset Manager (LCW/Surveying) in the delivery of the Asset Management Strategy for the Estates property portfolio.
  • Shadow third party surveyors conducting asset collection surveys across the estate to ensure defined protocols for surveying are being followed.
  • Review and validate third party asset validation reports and provide technical feedback including submitting asset change requests where applicable.
  • Review applications for maintenance / upgrading works providing technical advice where applicable.
  • Ensures that the CIBSE asset condition rating is represented in the CAFM of the supply chain and the Integrator. Audits both systems to ensure alignment.

  • Essential skills.
  • Significant experience of asset condition surveying within a large commercial property portfolio
  • Has surveyed and planned lifecycle programs on large property portfolios.
  • M&E Surveying
  • Up to date knowledge of the legislation, best practice, and industry standards in relation to providing a safe, sustainable, and compliant Estate.
  • Building Surveying.
  • Condition Surveying.

You'll have relevant experience in:

  • CAMF
  • SFG20
