Job Title: Head of Quantity Surveying - Rail Project

Location: Riga, Latvia

Salary: EUR 8,000 - 9,000 gross per month

EWI is supporting a globally renowned consulting engineering firm specialising in delivery large-scale infrastructure projects and large rail projects. They are looking for a head of QS to work on the project.

Role

• Lead and manage the QS team
• Develop, implement cost management and procurement strategies
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents using CESMM

Requirements

• 10+ years of post-qualification experience in quantity surveying
• Provide expert advice and guidance on cost-related matters to project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements
• Strong experience with CESMM
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

Package

EUR 8,000 - 9,000 gross per month + accommodation.
