Position: Operations Manager - Homeless Prevention
Location: Hillingdon
Duration: 5 months
Salary: £375.75 UMB per week
As our Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our Homeless Prevention Service. Youll lead and inspire teams to deliver impactful solutions, utilizing your in-depth knowledge of relevant legislation and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and motivate teams within our Homeless Prevention Service
Ensure compliance with legislation and best practices
Develop and implement strategies to prevent homelessness
Collaborate with stakeholders to provide effective support services
Monitor and evaluate service delivery, driving continuous improvement
Requirements:
Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in homeless prevention or related field
Detailed understanding of relevant legislation and regulations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of those facing homelessness
