Position: Adults Social Worker - CHC MDT & D2A Reviews
Location: Lancashire, UK
Pay Rate: £37 per hour
As an Adults Social Worker within our CHC MDT & D2A Reviews Team, you will play a crucial role in conducting face-to-face assessments and reviews to ensure individuals receive the care and support they need. This is an initial assignment in the Central area, with potential travel across Lancashire.
