Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead/Support the selection, purchase, validation, installation, deployment and maintenance of chemical/electrochemical metrology tools Ensure timely development and deployment of quality control methods. Perform Risk analysis, procedures and deliver Work instructions for Quality control tools and methods. Develop and deploy training of Quality control tools and methods. Ensure timely compliance to Measurement system analysis (MSA). Perform measurement and analyze results and reports. Benchmark and evaluate new metrology techniques and tools with internal and external parties. Lead Quality improvement plan to optimize quality methods (e.g. Reliability, Cost, Cycle time). Support cross-functionally problem-solving activities. Develop measurement technical expertise and generate and transfer Lesson learned
YOUR PROFILE: Degree Chemical/Electrochemical engineering At least 3/6 years experience in Quality control methods and tools (e.g. XRF, XRD, Electron microscopy, ICP MS/AES, Karl Fisher, GC-MS). Experience in a battery company is a STRONG PLUS. Experience in ISO 17025 standard is a PLUS. Fluency in English (oral and written) is a MUST. Fluency in Italian (oral and written) is a STRONG PLUS. Ability to work under pressure, with flexibility and to manage tight deadlines.
