RESPONSIBILITIES:  Lead/Support the selection, purchase, validation, installation, deployment and maintenance of chemical/electrochemical metrology tools  Ensure timely development and deployment of quality control methods.  Perform Risk analysis, procedures and deliver Work instructions for Quality control tools and methods.  Develop and deploy training of Quality control tools and methods.  Ensure timely compliance to Measurement system analysis (MSA).  Perform measurement and analyze results and reports.  Benchmark and evaluate new metrology techniques and tools with internal and external parties.  Lead Quality improvement plan to optimize quality methods (e.g. Reliability, Cost, Cycle time).  Support cross-functionally problem-solving activities.  Develop measurement technical expertise and generate and transfer Lesson learned

YOUR PROFILE:  Degree Chemical/Electrochemical engineering  At least 3/6 years experience in Quality control methods and tools (e.g. XRF, XRD, Electron microscopy, ICP MS/AES, Karl Fisher, GC-MS).  Experience in a battery company is a STRONG PLUS.  Experience in ISO 17025 standard is a PLUS.  Fluency in English (oral and written) is a MUST.  Fluency in Italian (oral and written) is a STRONG PLUS.  Ability to work under pressure, with flexibility and to manage tight deadlines.
