We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Quality Engineer with a strong attitude to change management, who want to work closely with manufacturing and engineering teams. The ideal candidate is shop-floor oriented and with quality tools knowledge and practice, and be enthusiastic about joining us in Italy.

We need a dynamic, passionate, purpose-drive professional who wants to help us in the deployment of one of the most important projects in Europe for the lithium battery value chain.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: -Lead quality assurance activities in Process development and Production. -Perform training on Quality core tools (e.g. FMEA Control plan, SPC QRQC) and standards. -Moderate and contribute to FMEA reviews. -Audit and ensure compliance to quality standards, norms and best practices. -Lead analysis and problem-solving activities (e.g. 8D, Six Sigma). -Define and deploy Control plans, procedures and work instructions. -Monitor quality KPIs (e.g. Customer complaints, Yield, Scrap cost) and lead action plan to meet targets. -Lead quality improvement plan and ensure continuous improvement in production. -Ensure quality deliverables during process development, industrialization, launch and production. -Develop process technical expertise and generate and transfer Lesson learned.

Requirements: -Degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Chemical engineering. -At least 3/6 years of experience in quality in a mass manufacturing industry, ideally in battery cell manufacturing. -Experience in a battery company is a strong PLUS. -Experience in a Quality tools (SPC, FMEA, 8D, Six sigma, QRQC) and Quality management system (ISO 9001) is a MUST. -Fluency in Italian (oral and written) is a PLUS. -Fluency in English (oral and written) is a MUST. -Ability to work under pressure, with flexibility and to manage tight deadlines.
