We are looking for a Quality Management System Engineer with experience in developing quality strategies, policies, processes, standards and systems for the Company and a strong attitude for change management, who wants to work with us in Italy. As a Quality Systems Manager you'll play a pivotal role in developing and implementing a quality management systems, and you will collaborate with cross-functional teams.

We need a dynamic, passionate, purpose-drive professional who wants to help us in the deployment of one of the most important projects in Europe for the lithium battery value chain.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: -Lead compliance to standards and norms ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949 and relevant battery industry standards. -Define systems, policies and processes ensuring customer satisfaction and sustainability targets. -Manage documentation and reporting sy stems. -Perform audits across the organization, identify gaps and lead cross-functionally deployment of corrective actions with relevant stakeholders. -Lead training program development and deployment across the organization. -Manage internal/external audit plan, ensure appropriate preparation, execution and resolution of findings. -Monitor Quality KPIs related to compliance and lead action plan to meet targets. -Lead Quality improvement plan and ensure continuous improvement in management systems.

Requirements: -Degree in Industrial engineering. -At least 5 years of experience in quality in a mass manufacturing industry. -Experience in a battery company is a STRONG PLUS. -Experience in a Quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001) is a MUST. -Experience in IATF 16949 is a PLUS. -Fluency in English (oral and written) is a MUST. -Fluency in Italian (oral and written) is a PLUS. -Ability to work under pressure, with flexibility and to manage tight deadlines.
