Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Quality Engineer for our Quality team with a strong attitude to change management, quality tools knowledge and practice, and experience with customers, who want to work with us in Italy.
We need a dynamic, passionate, purpose-drive professional who wants to help us in the deployment of one of the most important projects in Europe for the lithium battery value chain.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: -Lead Quality activities through APQP process. -Manage customer communication for quality activities during project phase. -Support and Ensure timely readiness of Quality deliverables through project gates. -Audit quality readiness of project and drive action plan to correct gaps. -Report quality status and activities during project phase. -Moderate and contribute to FMEA reviews. -Drive analysis and problem solving activities (e.g. 8D, Six Sigma). -Lead quality improvement plan and ensure continuous improvement in production. -Generate and integrate Lesson learned in new product/process launches.
Requirements: -Degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Chemical engineering. -At least 3/6 years of experience in Customer, APQP, or Project Quality in mass manufacturing industry. -Experience in a battery company is a strong PLUS. -Experience in a Quality tools (APQP, SPC, FMEA, 8D, Six sigma, QRQC) and Quality management system (ISO 9001) is a MUST. -Fluency in English (ora and written) is a MUST. -Fluency in Italian (oral and written) is a PLUS. -Ability to work under pressure, with flexibility and to manage tight deadlines.
