Role

Take control of acquisition and retention, establishing a strategy to build the brand presence online and drive sales growth. Work with colleagues and external agencies to deliver growth targets and establish a strong brand identity across all media., * Establish and implement a marketing plan for our brands across search (paid and organic), social (inc paid), CRM and website promotions and content

  • Be creative in finding opportunities to grow awareness of our brands and what they do
  • Build a customer database and our use of data to improve retention and increase sales
  • Create a focus on our social profile and engagement
  • Improve reporting on performance
  • Liaise with other departments, branch and regional colleagues across the business to align online with our stores and services
  • Manage our digital search agency, ensuring campaigns are successfully implemented, reporting on results and optimising future campaigns.
  • Work with the web development agency to prioritise work to support our marketing plan and improve the customer journey
  • Help inspire and develop junior members of the online team
