The Role: As a Recruitment Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to engage with candidates and clients over the phone, fostering strong relationships and matching the right talent with the right opportunities. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Proactively sourcing and qualifying candidates through targeted phone calls.
• Conducting screening interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for open positions.
• Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
• Developing and nurturing relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
• Collaborating with the wider recruitment team to ensure seamless candidate and client experiences.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong verbal communication skills and a persuasive phone manner.
• Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with both candidates and clients.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a passion for exceeding targets and expectations.

Salary: Starting from £24,000 + commission (negotiable higher depending on experience)
