Eden Brown are working with a leading provider of Further Education in East Sussex who are recruiting an English Lecturer.


To be considered for this role, you will hold the following skills, experience and qualifications:

Recognised Teaching Qualification (Ext: PGCE, QTS, PTLLS, Cert Ed, DTLLS)

Responsibilities:
* Have the ability to plan and prepare innovative schemes of work, lesson plans and assessment schedules which motivate students to achieve.
* Plan and deliver highly effective learning programmes for diverse groups or individuals in a safe and inclusive environment, whilst also ensuring students are stretched and challenged to reach their full potential.
* Address the English and Mathematics needs of students and work creatively to overcome individual barriers to learning, both within and outside of the classroom

What we're looking for:
* Degree in related discipline + a post-graduate teaching degree
* Knowledge of teaching styles recommended.
* Excellent interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication skills.
* Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations.
* Ability to inspire and motivate students.
* Strong multitasking skills.

You must also have a current DBS, if you do not have one Eden Brown can get one on your behalf.
