I am recruiting for a new School that opened this last year. As the Deputy Head you'll be a key member of the senior leadership team for the school developing and maintaining the highest standards of teaching, learning and giving the pupils a voice.
You'll be working in a school that supports children of 5 - 18 years of age who are on the autistic spectrum, have social and emotion needs or may have other mental health difficulties. You`ll need to be encouraging, inspiring and most of all patient as you`ll be catering to diverse student cohort.

About the role


" You'll be creating the objectives and policies of the school.
" You'll be managing staff and other resources with the aim to deliver on these objectives.
" You'll be accountable to the Head Teach and CEO.
" You'll be evaluating the school's performance. Identify the priorities. Develop the plan of implantation. Then oversee the successful implantation of said plan.

About you


This is a truly unique and exciting opportunity to help shape a brand-new school and help create a truly exceptional learning environment, to support and develop the students and staff team
· For this role, you will have experience as a Deputy Head
· Have experience working with children with SEN needs.
· Experience in developing an environment that facilitates and encourages a learning experience that provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential
· To contribute to raising standards of student attainment and behaviour
· To share and support the school`s responsibility to provide and monitor opportunities for personal and academic growth.
· Working knowledge of Safeguarding & Child Protection Procedures and OFSTED.
