Job Description
Join a leading building materials company as a Supervisor in Naunton. Our client continues to grow every year and is expanding their team with some excellent long term career and progression opportunities available.
Shift:
7am till 5pm- Mon to Fri
Pay rate:
£34-38k annually
What you will do:
- To comply at all times with Health and Safety rules and procedure.
- To oversee and manage the smooth running of the production process on a daily basis.
- To organise your team according to skills to meet production targets within desired timescales
- and within product specification, minimising waste.
- To ensure individuals are working optimally in order meet safety standards and daily production
- requirements
What are we looking for:
- Experience in a high output production environment.
- Experience in problem solving to achieve production goals
- Good management skills
- Communication skills at all levels
- Understand and manage H&S
