Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our Safeguarding Adult's Team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in protecting vulnerable adults and promoting their well-being. You will work collaboratively with individuals, families, and partner agencies to assess needs, develop care plans, and provide support and intervention as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of vulnerable adults to determine their needs and risks.
Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with service users, their families, and other professionals.
Providing support and intervention to individuals to safeguard them from abuse, neglect, and harm.
Conducting reviews and reassessments to monitor progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
Liaising with partner agencies, such as healthcare providers, law enforcement, and community organizations, to coordinate services and support.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with statutory requirements and departmental policies.
Participating in team meetings, case conferences, and training sessions to enhance knowledge and practice.
Qualifications and Experience:

Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification recognized by Social Work England.
Registered with Social Work England and eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
Experience working in a similar role within adult social care, preferably within a safeguarding context.
Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures relating to adult safeguarding.
Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and independently when required.
Commitment to continuous professional development and upholding professional standards.
